what is a2f?

acts2fellowship (a2f) is a registered student organization in UC Riverside. a2f is based on Acts 2:42-44 in the Bible where we see how the early Christians built their lives around the church community.

“And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. And all who believed were together and had all things in common.”

They studied God’s word, prayed, and were often together. They were like family and this is what a2f strives to imitate as we try to grow in our faith in college and beyond.

our story

a2f was started in UCR back in 2010, when a group of UC Berkeley alumni decided to move to Riverside. They were inspired to create a community in Riverside, similar to what is described in Acts 2 in the Bible.

Today, we continue their vision of building a Christian community that loves God, disciples others, and lives life together on mission. Our community includes students, alumni, and mentors.
